At Lake Annecy Villa you are no more than 30 mins away from the four great ski stations that make up the Lake Annecy Ski Resorts Area(LASR):  La Clusaz,  Le Grand Bornand, Manigod, St Jean de Sixt.

Lake Annecy Ski Resorts are based around villages that operate all year around, therefore there is a lot to do in winter, for the skier and non skier alike.

Winter walking and snowshoeing

There are around 130 kms of walking and hiking trails. If you want to go snowshoeing, the ski school schools take adults and children for around €20 per person per session. Dog Sledding

Veloski

Mountain biking is a big deal in the Alps during the summer but now it is also popular in winter. Mountain biking on snow is just as safe/dangerous as it is in the summer and is a completely different thrill. Located on Mont Lachat. Priced at around €40 a session. Tel: +33 4 50 02 79 10


Culture and Fun

Less strenuous activities include ice rinks, cinemas and riding on piste groomers. No trip to Lake Annecy Ski Resorts is complete for small children without a visit to a Reblochon farm, of which there are a plethora in LASR.  There are numerous shops a cafes in Annecy and the surrounding area.
